Kathmandu, Nepal – August 19, 2024: Dr. Dnyaneshwar Manohar Mulay, a distinguished former diplomat and Secretary at the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, delivered a compelling address at the Human Harmony Conference & Awards in Kathmandu.
